A New Chapter in Chinese Cuisine
Chef Lui and Chef Wong intend to create a new era of Chinese culinary philosophy at JUNTO by their extensive and diversified Chinese culinary experience. They believe that Hongkongers’ spirit and passion for Chinese culinary arts will be able to start a new chapter for Chinese cuisine on the world stage.
JUNTO offers a twelve-course tasting menu for lunch, and a sixteen-course tasting menu for dinner. Each course is thoughtfully curated to highlight the balance of tradition and innovation, celebrating the essence of modern Chinese dining.

JUNTO hopes every guest enjoys a relaxing dining experience. We recommend allowing 1-1.5 hours for lunch and 1.5-2 hours for dinner.
